A few months ago, my husband bought an Audi A5 Quattro as a Christmas present for me. When we test drove the car, it went great! ZERO issues! They stayed late for us, and we got all the paperwork done in a little over an hour (if we weren't visiting so much, I bet we could have gotten everything done in 45 minutes!). We went to supper a couple of days later and took my new car. 2 of the cylinders went out!! I was so upset, BUT Jose and Kathy were AMAZING!!! They had a mechanic at my house the very next day to replace all 4 cylinders! 10 minutes later, I was on the road! Thank you, thank you, thank you both for making a stressful situation easy to deal with. We will DEFINITELY be buying from you again! Jenni Choate
